Health Portfolio Review and Personalized Healthspan Strategy

A structured process designed to turn insight into practical, sustainable action.

01

Health Portfolio Review

A structured review — beginning with a pre-consultation questionnaire — covering:

  • goals and priorities
  • routines and health behaviours
  • strengths and protective factors
  • concerns and barriers
  • lifestyle and environmental context
  • relevant information voluntarily supplied
  • readiness for change

This is not a medical examination or diagnosis. It is a structured preventive-health and lifestyle review.

02

Personalized Healthspan Strategy

You receive:

  • a prioritized roadmap
  • why each selected priority matters
  • practical recommendations aligned with your circumstances
  • questions that may be appropriate to discuss with a physician or regulated professional
  • a written summary of agreed priorities
  • simple ways to review progress

Not every area is addressed at once. The strategy focuses on the opportunities most relevant to the client.

03

30-Day Activation

The activation stage helps prevent the strategy from becoming a report that sits on a shelf. Together we set:

  • one or two immediate priorities
  • realistic first actions
  • anticipated barriers
  • environmental or social supports
  • progress indicators
  • a review point

04

Optional Continuing Guidance

Entirely optional. Possible support may include:

  • periodic advisory sessions
  • implementation coaching
  • strategy adjustment
  • accountability
  • preparation for healthcare conversations

Format and Fees

The introductory engagement typically includes a pre-consultation questionnaire, an in-depth private consultation, preparation and review of your written Personalized Healthspan Strategy, and a follow-up activation session. During the complimentary conversation, we discuss suitability, scheduling, scope, and the professional fee.

Following the conversation, you will receive a clear explanation of whether the service appears suitable and what the next steps would involve.
